We had a great time at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful location with easy access to drinks, the beach, and nearby shops. Great location, beautiful surroundings, convenient access to drinks and shops.

We didn't want to leave and definitely want to stay in that area again. We truly enjoyed staying here, the place met required needs. It was warm, spacious and for both bedrooms.

I always return because the staff helped me with a room issue even at night. It suits me perfectly with wi-fi, free parking, saltwater pool, and a spa. I can't wait for my next trip!

Room was large, it was enough for me. Hotel’s position easy walk to all places I wanted to see, like Mount Lebanon Deli. Mermaid Beach neighborhood was worth exploring.

The apartment was very spacious and the fact that there were 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus

I got great value for my money with a spacious, clean apartment that had a fantastic view of the pool.

Breakfast choices could use more variety to enhance the experience.

If anything it was no elevator to the 3rd floor,with shopping ECT it was a bit of exercise lol

Superb service, staff onsite was awesome. Clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, close by to the beachside up the road and to shops. Poolside and spa access,and also a free carpark which we used ;) would recommend to others!

Comfort of the couches in living area, uncomfortable maybe new furniture required - aswell as more tea/coffee options for kitchen but other than that our weekend stay over was great!

This place offers a comfortable stay in both bedrooms and is conveniently located near the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stops, supermarkets, cafes.

We had an amazing few days here! the place was spacious and had a fresh, modern feel in both bedrooms. the service was top-notch, and we really had no complaints—it was exactly what we needed. Plus, getting complimentary laundry was a nice bonus! 😊.

Few minor details relating to furniture. Bed a bit uncomfortable. Needs more bed cover under sheet. Dining chair leg broken. Could be cleaner. Loungers had crumbs under the cushions.

the outdoor living area was a highlight, providing a lovely space to unwind. the management team was outstanding, always available and eager to assist, which truly enhanced my experience.

I did find the furniture in the room, including the beds, in need of a serious update. the old, run-down pieces detracted from the overall comfort, making it feel less than the advertised four-star standard.
